摘要
目的：探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症的临床治疗体会。方法选取我院2012年1月～2013年7月收治的35例妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者资料进行分析。结果20例孕妇在孕期时无甲亢症状，15例孕妇在孕期出现不同程度的甲亢症状，因治疗及时病情均得以控制。结论发现甲亢时及早的治疗，对并发症的预防及改善意义重大。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism. Methods Selected 35 pregnant with hyperthyroidism from January 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital. Results 20 cases on pregnancy without hyperthyroidism, 15 cases pregnant with varying degrees of symptoms of hyperthyroidism during pregnancy, treatment timely were able to control the disease. Conclusion The early discovery of hyperthyroidism treatment, prevention and improvement of signiifcant complications.
