摘要
目的：分对氨氯地平治疗妊娠合并高血压的临床疗效进行分析探究。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年1月期间在我院接受治疗的42例妊娠合并高血压患者，将患者随机分为两组分别给予硝苯地平和氨氯地平进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的前后血压、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况以及妊娠结局均优于对照组，P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论氨氯地平治疗妊娠合并高血压具有临床疗效，不仅能够迅速控制患者的血压，还能改善妊娠结局，并且不良反应发生率极低，安全有效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect on amlodipine medication in treatment of gestational hypertension is to be studied. Methods Selected 42 patients of gestational hypertension who are treated in hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 and separate them into two groups at random which are given nifedipine medication and amlodipine medication treatment respectively; and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’ blood pressure before and after treatment, treatment efficacy, side-effect incidence and their gestational outcomes in study group are much more favorable than counterparts in control group;there is a treatment differential between two groups, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Amlodipine medication is of clinical efifcacy in treatment of gestational hypertension;it is effective to keep patients’ blood pressure in control and improve patients’ gestational outcomes, besides, such a medication treatment is of medication safety with less side-effect incidence.
