摘要
根据旧桥拆除施工基本原则,结合桥梁拆除有限元仿真分析和桥梁施工监控技术,研究了跨航道系杆拱桥拆除施工关键技术。鉴于航道桥梁通航要求高、跨径大、结构形式复杂等特点,制定了合理的拆除方案和可靠的监控措施。结果表明:拆除施工过程中系杆及拱肋结构的应力和变形均处于安全范围内;临时支撑的沉降量对结构的安全性影响较为敏感;对主要构件拆除施工后应尽量减小施工间歇时间;桥面系及吊杆拆除对拱肋的变形影响不大。
Based on the basic principles of old bridge demolition construction, and combined with bridge demolition finite element simulation analysis and bridge construction monitoring technology, the article studies the key demolition construction technology of bowstring arch bridge crossing channel. In view of the characteristics of high shipping requirement, long span and complex structural type of waterway bridge, the reasonable demolishing scheme and the reliable monitoring measures are drafted. The result shows that the stress and deformation of bowstring and arch rib structure are all within the safe range in the process of demolition construction. The settlement of the temporary support is more sensitively influenced on the safety of structure. It should be to reduce the intermittent time of construction as far as possible after the demolition construction of main components. The demolition of deck system and boom has a little influence on the deformation of arch rib.
