摘要
目的研究微波提取附子中多糖的最佳条件。方法利用微波提取法,在单因素试验的基础上,分别选取提取时间、提取温度、料液比3个因素的3个水平进行Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,以多糖提取率为因变量,利用响应曲面法对其提取工艺参数进行优化。结果最佳提取条件为:提取时间10 min,提取温度80℃,料液比1∶20。在此条件下,附子多糖提取率为16.10%。结论该工艺简便稳定、重现性好,可用于附子多糖的提取。
Objective To study the best condition of microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata (Fuzi). Methods Based on single factor experiment, a three-level, three-variable Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology adopting yield as response was applied in the optimization of the extracting parameters. Results The optimal conditions was determined as follows: extraction time was 10 min, extraction temperature was 80℃ and material/solvent ratio was 1:20. Under the optimized conditions, the extraction yield of Fuzi polysacchatides was 16.10%. Conclusion The extraction technology can be used for the extraction of polysaccharides from Fuzi.
