摘要
目的对常州市急性职业中毒事故进行原因分析,为制定控制对策提供依据。方法通过分析常州市2010—2013年8例急性职业中毒诊断案例,总结常州市急性职业中毒事故原因。结果常州市急性职业中毒事故时有发生,但疾病预防控制部门均末接报。急性职业中毒事故原因主要为设备老化,跑冒滴漏;违章作业,盲目施救;职业安全意识淡薄;投入不足,防护不佳。结论为做好急性职业中毒事故的控制工作,该市用人单位应强化管理,落实主体责任;监管部门应抓住重点,加大监管力度;政府部门应广泛宣传教育,健全技术支撑。
[Objective]To analyze the reasons of acute occupational poisoning accidents in Changzhou City, provide the basis for developing the control measures.[Methods]8 acute occupational poisoning accidents in Changzhou City from 2010-2013 were analyzed, to summarize the reasons of accidents. [Results]The acute occupational poisoning accidents have frequently occurred in Changzhou City, but the centers for disease control and prevention have never received the report. The main reasons of acute occupational poisoning accidents included leakage caused by equipment aging, work against regulations and improper rescue, leak of occupational safety awareness, insufficient investment and poor protection. [Conclusion]In order to control the acute occupational poisoning accidents, the employers should strengthen management and implement the main responsibility, the supervision departments should focus on the key points and improve the supervision intensity, and the government should catty out the education and complete the technical supports.
