厌氧革兰阳性杆菌临床检验分析

摘要 目的:探讨厌氧革兰阳性杆菌临床检验方法。方法:对引起人类疾病的厌氧革兰阳性杆菌分类不同菌种进行检验对比。结果:对比分析革兰阳性杆菌中不同菌种对干热温度的耐受程度,分析结果显示炭疽芽孢灭菌需煮沸10分钟,高压蒸汽121.3℃灭菌15分钟或干热140%3小时才能杀灭芽孢,蜡样芽孢杆菌能耐受100%30分钟,干热128%60分钟才能杀灭。蜡样芽孢杆菌能耐受程度低于炭疽芽孢。结论:有效的检验分析能够准确判定需氧或兼性厌氧革兰阳性杆菌菌种对温度、干热等的耐受程度及营养要求。
