摘要
我国金属矿山二步资源受开采作业的多次扰动和矿山地应力的作用,回采率低,损失量大,开采效率及安全性差。基于大量采矿的基本概念,提出了复杂二步资源阶段空场连续崩落采矿、束状孔多分层落矿及高阶段大量放矿等技术和方法。该技术成功应用于铜坑矿复杂二步资源回采。采场平均生产能力2 237 t/d,贫化率13.5%,放矿损失率9%。
Being affected by multiple disturbances of exploitation and ground stress of the mine, the difficult-to-exploit resource exploitation of metal mines in our country suffers from the low recovery rate, high loss rate, low efficiency, and poor safety. Based on the concept of mass mining, the essay proposes several methods and skills, such as the continuous caving mining, multi-layered bunch-hole blasting and high stage ore drawing technology. These technologies have been successfully applied to the complicated recovery of difficult-to-exploit resources in Tongkeng Mine. The average production capacity of the mine reaches 2 237 t/d, the dilution rate is reduced to 13.5% , and the loss rate is reduced to 9%.
