复杂条件下大规模开采采场结构参数优化研究 被引量:11

Research on Optimization of Stope Structure Parameters about Massive Mining Based on Complex Exploitation Conditions

摘要 针对甲玛矿地表地形变化起伏大、部分区域采场顶板埋深浅、露天和地下联合开采等多重因素制约采场结构参数的复杂条件,采用多种理论解析方法和数值模拟方法,对不同条件下的采场境界顶柱、矿柱及采场顶板稳定性进行了综合优化分析。分析结果表明,采场境界顶柱厚度在32 m以上及高应力区域,建议采场宽度采用15 m,采场境界顶柱厚度在32 m以下时,建议采用12 m及更小尺寸的采场宽度。 Aiming at the complex conditions that the structure parameters of Jia Ma Mine are restricted by multiple factors, such as large topographical changes on the surface, shallow roof depth of some stopes and the combination of open-pit and underground mining, the Research conducts an integrated optimization analysis on stability of stope surface crown pillar, stope pillar and stope roof with the have been analyzed and optimized comprehensively by using methods of theoretical analytic and numerical simulation. The According to the analysis results, the width of stope is recommended to be 15 m where the thickness of stope surface crown pillar is above 32 m or with high stress, and 12 m or narrower is recommended if the thickness of stope surface crown pillar is less than 32 m.
