摘要
针对深井矿山采场充填的实际情况,充填料浆复杂的流动沉积及离析作用,致使充填体表现出极大强度分布的不均匀性。为此,进行了实验室尾砂胶结充填模拟试验,研究原位充填体的强度与实验室标准试块强度的差异,得出了采场尾砂胶结充填体强度分布规律。在此基础上,对采场充填体强度分布划分为强度增强区和强度减弱区,可改进二步骤回采的深井矿山采场充填管路布置方式,以指导矿山生产实践。
According to the actual situation of stope filling deposition and segregation effect of filling slurry cause the uneven body. Therefore, we have conducted the simulation test for tailings of deep mines, the complex flow distribution of intensity of the filling cemented filling in the laboratory to study the difference between the strength of filling body and laboratory standard test block, and finally we gained the distribution regularities of strength of the tailings cemented filling body. On the basis, we have divided the intensity distribution of stope filling body into the intensity enhanced area and intensity weakened area, which can be used to improve the layout of filling pipes on two-step mining in deep mines, and guide the mine production practices.
