摘要
环境微生物作为污水以及环境治理中重要的方法,生物信息学作为一种工具,可以有效地解析环境微生物的群落的组成、功能以及微生物代谢机制,随着系统生物学和高通量测序的发展,生物信息学迎来了新的挑战,如何更好的将生物信息学和环境微生物有机的结合,使其更好地发挥其工具的作用,同时解决研究生学时短,基础弱等问题。本文结合哈尔滨工业大学环境微生物学科发展的特点,在研读国内外相关文献的基础上,构建出短学时《生物信息学》的课程体系,通过采用案例教学和上机操作等多种形式来丰富教学内容和知识体系,实现学以致用的目的。
Environmental microorganisms as important methods in treatment of wastewater and the environment, bioinformatics as a tool, can effectively resolve environmental microbial community composition, function and mecha- nism of microbial metabolism, with the development of systems biology and high-throughput sequencing, bioinformaties ushered in the new challenge, how to better the bioinformatics and environmental microbial organic union, make it a better play to the role of its tools, solve the graduate school at the same time is short, weak foundation and other issues. Combining with the characteristics of the environmental microbiology at Harbin industrial university, on the basis of the study of related literature at home and abroad, build the course system of short period "bioirfformatics", through the adoption of case teaching and computer operation, and other forms to enrich teaching content and knowl- edge system, to achieve the purpose of their major.
