摘要
SRAM型FPGA在空间中应用越来越广泛,尤其是高速信号处理领域,随着FPGA的规模越来越大,面临的单粒子问题也越显突出,本文首先分析了空间辐射环境对SRAM型FPGA的影响,分别针对配置存储区、用户数据区以及专用逻辑介绍了适合工程实现的单粒子翻转(SEU)防护措施,最后介绍了工程应用中的防护效果验证方法。
Now the application of SRAM-Based FPGAs is more and more extensive in the space project, especially in the high speed signal processing systems, but with the size of FPGAs becoming larger and larger, the problem of Single Event Upset(SEU) become more and more serious. Firstly, the influence from the space radiation Memory, user data is analyzed. Then, it is introduced that the Anti-SEU Techniques for the Configuration memory and the special function logic . Finally, the techniques are given how to validate the effect of the Anti-SEU Measures
