摘要
目的研究分析妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)症状。方法 2012至2013年我院有136例孕龄超过35周的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病阳性诊断患者,将这些患者中60例分到观察组中,均是有症状的患者,其余76例无症状患者分到对照组中。对两组患者的妊娠结局进行观察。结果观察组患者出现胎膜早破、产褥感染和剖宫产的几率要比对照组高,P<0.05;胎儿窘迫和新生儿感染几率两组对比无差异性,P>0.05。结论妊娠期有症状VVC可致胎膜早破、剖宫产率等不良妊娠结局增高,早期诊断和治疗十分必要。
Objective To study the analysis of gestational vulvovaginal candidiasis （ WC ） symptoms. Methods In our hospital from 2012 to 2013 with vulvovaginal candidiasis positive diagnosis of 1 36 patients with gestational age over 35 weeks, these patients were divided into 6171 cases in the observation group, are symptomatic patients, the remaining 76 cases of asymptonaatic patients assigned to the control group. On the pregnancy outcome of two groups of patients were observed. Resttlts The observation group patients appear premature rupture ofmemhranes, puerperal infection and cesarean rates far higher than those of the control group, P〈0.05; fetal distress and neonatal infection odds two contrast of no difference, P〉0.05. Concluslon WC can cause synptoms of pregnantT with premature rupture of membranes, the cesarean section rate increased adverse pregnancy outcome, early diagnosis and treamaent is very necessary.
