摘要
目的探究经桡动脉行冠脉造影术患者护理干预效果。方法选取经桡动脉行冠脉造影术患者55例为研究对象,设为研究组;同期选取同症患者55例作为参照对象,设为对照组;两组给予不同的护理方式,同时对比观察两组患者术后发症发生情况。结果研究组术后并发症发生率为7.27%,明显低于对照组的30.9%(P<0.05)。结论有效、针对性护理干预措施,能够促使患者术后迅速恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,具有显著的临床价值。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention coronary angiography patients through radial artery. Methods Selected 55 cases of patients with coronary angiography through radial artery as study group, 55 cases of patients with the same disease at the same time as control group, given different nursing ways to the two groups, and contrast observed the postoperative complications rates of two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 7.27% in study team, significantly lower than the control group 30.9% （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Effective and targeted nursing intervention measures can make patients postoperative recover quickly and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, with significant clinical value.
