摘要
甲基肼二盐酸盐与二氰二胺,在乙醇-水的混合介质中进行环化,合成了1-甲基-3,5-二氨基-1,2,4-三唑(DAMT),研究了环化反应关键影响因素。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:成盐酸组分为盐酸,反应介质为乙醇-水混合溶剂,二氰二胺和甲基肼料比1∶1.1~1∶1.2,反应温度50℃,p H值9~10。
1-Methyl-3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole (DAMT) was synthesized by condensation and cyclization of methyl hydrazine dihydrochloride with cyanoguanidine in ethanol and water. The key influence factor of cyclization was studied. The result showed that the optimum conditions are as follows:Hydrochloric acid is as acid component, the mixed solvent of water and ethanol as reaction medium, the ratio of dicyandiamide and methyl hydrazine (mol) is 1: 1. 1- 1: 1.2,the reaction temperature is 50 ℃ ,and pH =9 - 10.
