TiO_2/磁性海泡石光催化处理复合废水性能 被引量:2

PERFORMANCE OF TiO_2/MAGNETIC-SEPIOLITE IN PHOTOCATALYTIC TREATMENT OF COMPOSITE WASTEWATER

摘要 以溶胶凝胶法制备出具有较高光催化活性和易于分离回收的TiO2/磁性海泡石复合催化剂,研究了不同因素对该复合催化剂光催化处理Cr(Ⅵ)/2,4-二氯酚复合废水效果的影响。结果表明,在催化剂投加量为2 g/L,初始p H为2,光照75 min时,该复合光催化剂对复合废水中Cr(Ⅵ)和2,4-二氯酚的去除率均可达90%以上,同时发现对复合废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率比单一Cr(Ⅵ)废水提高了69.4%,而对复合废水中2,4-二氯酚的去除率比单一2,4-二氯酚废水仅提高6%,表明复合光催化剂处理复合废水以催化氧化反应为主,在2,4-DCP催化氧化过程中可大大促进Cr(Ⅵ)的还原。 The TiO2/magnetic-sepiolite (TiO2/MMS) composite photocatalyst with high photoeatalytie activity and easy separation was prepared by sol-gel method. Factors affecting the composite photocatalyst were studied in photocatalytic treamaent ofCr (VI)/2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) composite waste water. The results indicated that the removal efficiency of Cr(VI) and 2,4-DCP in composite wastewater by the composite photocatalyst reached more than 90% after lighting for 75 minutes, under the condition that the initial pH being 2 and the dosage of TiOJMMS was 2 g/L. The removal efficiency of Cr (VI) in composite wastewater by the composite photocatalyst was 69.4% higher than that in single Cr (VI) wastewater while the removal efficiency of 2,4-DCP was only 6% higher than that in single 2,4-DCP wastewater. It was indicated that the composite photocatalyst on the removal of composite wastewater was the result of oxidation from 2, 4-DCP. The catalytic oxidation process of 2, 4-DCP could greatly promote the reduction ofCr (VI).
