摘要
利用Solid Works建立了磁轴承转子的三维模型,并导入Ansys workbench进行有限元分析。考虑了转子的陀螺效应,得出了磁轴承转子的固有频率及模态振型和相对应转子系统的坎贝尔曲线图;同时考虑了转子所受不平衡力的影响,根据不平衡力施加位置的不同,进行了轴系的不平衡谐响应分析,巧妙的对模态分析的结果进行了验证。验证结果表明转子系统固有频率分析合理,可为进一步系统的振动特性研究以及结构动力特性的优化设计提供依据。
The 3D model of the magnetic bearing-rotor was made by using solidworks and seamless link from solidworks to ansys workbench was realized. The gyroscopic effect of the rotor was considered. Also the nature frequency, the modal map and the campbell diagram of rotor system was got through the analysis. In addition, we consider the effect of unbalance force on the rotor. According to the Different locations ,we conduct the unbalance harmonic response analysis, successfully verify the result of modal analysis. The verification show that the nature frequency of rotor system is reasonable, which can provide information about the vibration of system and the optimization of the dynamic characteristics.
