摘要
为进一步认识稀土元素对合金表面性能的改良潜力,不断扩大我国稀土化学热处理的应用范围,重点介绍了稀土元素在渗碳、碳氮共渗、渗硼、渗钒及复合共渗等化学热处理工艺中的最新研究成果、特点及其应用现状,简要分析了稀土在化学热处理中的活化催渗、改善渗层组织性能的作用机理,总结指出了稀土化学热处理的主要研究方向和未来发展趋势。
To further understand the considerable potential of rare earth elements(RE)for improving performance on alloy surface,widen the applications of rare earth to chemical heat treatment,the development application status of rare earth elements(RE)in chemical heat treatment process is introduced,with particular attention to the application in carburizing permeation,carbonitriding permeation,boriding permeation,vanadium permeation and compound permeation.The catalysis mechanism is briefly introduced,and the main developing trends of rare earth in chemical heat treatment technology are pointed out.
