摘要
近年来,磁性吸附材料易于回收利用,在工业水处理方面具有独特的优势。以硫酸亚铁和尿素为原料,在水和甘油混合溶剂体系,通过水热合成技术制备了磁性四氧化三铁吸附材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对制备的四氧化三铁进行表征,同时研究了四氧化三铁对二价铅离子(Pb2+)的吸附性能。结果表明:制备的氧化铁为纯的磁性四氧化三铁;甘油加入量对四氧化三铁的形貌有较大影响,当甘油加入量为8mL时制备的四氧化三铁呈细丝状,对铅离子的吸附性能也最佳,傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)显示四氧化三铁和二价铅离子之间发生了化学吸附作用。制备的四氧化三铁对重金属离子具有良好的吸附性能且易回收,在工业水处理方面具有良好的应用前景。
In recent years,magnetic adsorbent material has unique advantages in industrial water treatment owe to its easy re- cyelieity.Magnetie ferriferrous oxide (Fe304),as adsorption material,was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with ferrous sul- fate and urea as raw materials in water and glycerol mixed solvent system.As-prepared ferriferrous oxide was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM),while its adsorption performance of for divalent lead ions (Pb2+) was also studied.The results showed that pure ferrlferrous oxide was obtained,the amount of glycerol had a great effect on the morphology of ferriferrous oxide,and ferriferrous oxide had the best adsorption performance on Pb2+when added 8 mL of glycerol.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR spectrum) displayed that there was chemical interaction between ferri- ferrous oxide and Pb2+.Ferriferrous oxide is easy to recover and has an excellent adsorption performance for removal of heavy met- al ions.Therefore,it has a good prospect in industrial water treatment.
