摘要
探讨了合成高性能钼酸锌/碱式钼酸锌的新工艺。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱对钼酸锌/碱式钼酸锌的结构、形貌和元素进行表征和分析。合成工艺及条件:三氧化钼和氧化锌在乙醇溶液中在30℃反应30min,过滤所得滤饼在110℃干燥,之后采用程序控温合成钼酸锌/碱式钼酸锌。该方法具有大幅度缩短合成时间和节约电能的优点,钼酸锌/碱式钼酸锌的收率可以达到94%以上。
A new technology for synthesis of high-performance zinc molybdate/basic zinc molybdate was discussed.The structure, morphology, and element contents were characterized and analyzed by X-rays diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Synthetic process and conditions:molyb- denum oxide and zinc oxide were reacted for 30 min at 30 ~C in ethanol solution.Then ,the precipitate was filtered and dried at 110 ~C.At last, zinc molybdate/basic zinc molybdate was synthesized by the program temperature control.This technology possessed the advantages of greatly shortened the synthesis time and saved electricity, and zinc molybdenum acid/basic zinc molybdate yield could reach over 94%.
