摘要
碳四催化裂解技术是利用各种来源的混合碳四作为原料,通常在分子筛催化剂存在下,催化裂解原料中的碳四烯烃,获得轻分子烯烃丙烯和乙烯的一种方法。而在实际应用中,市场份额最大的炼厂剩余碳四存在高异丁烷含量的特点,会影响该技术的经济性。因此寻找一种合理的预处理工艺以脱除异丁烷是比较有实际意义的。本文提出了3种不同的工艺方案,并对其建模计算,最终得出结论。同时本文所应用的方法,也可用于不同类型的碳四原料,具有较强的实用性。
Catalytic cracking technology for C4 is a method to obtain light olefins like propane or ethylene with C4 mixture from different sources as the feed under the catalytic effect of molecule sieve catalyst. However, in the practical application, a high content of iso-butane was found in the Ether-C4 mixture of the biggest market share, which would give a bad influence on the economic performance of the technology. Hence, it is of great significance to find a reasonable pre-treatment technology to remove the isobutone, Three technology schemes are suggested in this paper, the models of which are established respectively and the conclusions are made finally. It also needs to point out that a high pracfieability of the method in this paper is observed to treat C4 feed of different types.
