摘要
西安某深度脱水项目采用钢制高压板框机作为核心脱水设备,配合污泥的化学调理,可将污泥含水率降低到50%左右。介绍了钢制高压板框机的工作原理、关键参数以及工作流程。通过工程应用的实例,对其处理能力以及能耗进行分析,得出单台压滤机(单面过滤面积50 m2)平均处理量为40~41 t/d,单次出泥量约为1.5 t,钢制高压板框机及配套系统用电成本约为18元/t。并就工程应用和相关技术参数与常用的隔膜压滤机加以横向比较。
The steel-made high-pressure frame press filter has been used as the core dewatering equipment in Xi' an advanced dehydration project,cooperating with sludge chemical conditioning. The water content of sludge can be reduced to about 50%. The working principle of the steel-made high-pressure frame press filter, key parameters and work flow are introduced. Through an engineering applications example,its processing capacity and energy consumption are analyzed. The average processing capacity of a single filter(single sided filter area 50 m2) is 40-41 tons/day, and the produced sludge every single time is about 1.5 tons. The electricity costs of the steel-made high- pressure frame filter press and supporting systems are about 18 yuan/ton. Horizontal comparison on the engineering application and related technical parameters with commonly used membrane filter press has been accomplished.
