摘要
目的:研究天然澄清剂ZTC1+1应用于参乌益气口服液的最优澄清工艺。方法:以药液浓度、澄清剂(ZTC1+1)用量、搅拌速度为考察因素,以人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1总提取转移率和药液澄明度的综合评分为考察指标,采用正交试验法优化澄清条件。结果:优选出的最优工艺为ZTC1+1(A、B)组合澄清剂加入量1%B-1%A(4%∶2%),药液浓度12 g/100 ml,搅拌速度2 000 r/min。验证试验结果表明,与澄清前比较,澄清后各指标均差异不大且较稳定(人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1总提取转移率平均值为70.8%,RSD=1.49%,n=3)。结论:筛选的以ZTC1+1为澄清剂的优选澄清工艺对参乌益气口服液的澄清效果良好。
OBJECTIVE: To study the optimal clarification technology of Shenwu yiqi oral solution that uses natural clarifying agent ZTC1+1. METHODS: With the drug liquid concentration, dosage of ZTCH and stirring speed as the investigated factors, and the total extraction transfer rate of ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rb~ and the comprehensive score of drug liquid clarity as the investigat- ed indexes, the orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the clarification conditions. RESULTS: The optimal technology was as follows as ZTC1+1 combination (A and B) clarifying agent of 1%B-l%A (4% :2%), drug liquid concentration of 12 g/100 ml, stir- ring speed of 2 000 r/min. The verification test showed that the indexes changed little and were relatively stable after clarification (the total extraction transfer rate of ginsenoside Rgi, Re and Rb1 was 70.8%, RSD=l.49%, n=3). CONCLUSIONS: The opti- mized clarification technology with ZTC1+1 as the clarifying agent has a good effect on the clarification of Shenwu yiqi oral solution.
