摘要
针对成品油流经U型管道时弯管附近混油量问题。分别对U弯管开口向上和向下的情况进行分析,通过多相流模型和混油控制方程对所研究的问题进行三维数值计算,研究了0#柴油和90#汽油不同顺序输送时弯管处水力瞬变对混油量的影响。得出结论:U型弯管开口向上时,后输送柴油比先输送柴油混油段短,且管道中所选截面混油的质量分数较小;U型弯管开口向下时,后输送汽油比先输送汽油混油段长,且管道中所选截面的混油量质量分数较小。所以在弯管处进行成品油顺序输送时后输送柴油先输送汽油会减少混油量。
The problems of contaminated volume in elbow near U- pipeline under U-tube upward or downward opening were researched. Three-dimensional numerical calculation was carried out by multiphase flow model and contamination control equations,effect of hydraulic transient at the elbow on contaminated volume during batch transportation of 0 # diesel and gasoline 90 # with different sequence was investigated. The results show that, when the U-Tube opening up, contaminated oil segment while transporting diesel later is shorter than that while transporting diesel first, and mass fraction of contaminated oil at selected pipeline section is less; when U-Tube opening downward, contaminated oil segment while transporting gasoline later is longer than that while transporting gasoline first, and mass fraction of contaminated oil at selected pipeline section is less,so the sequence of batch transportation should be to transport gasoline first and then transport diesel.
