摘要
数字化出版是新经济发展模式下的产物,从内容生产、管理运营、传播发行到商业赢利都与传统的出版有着本质的不同,对现代科技期刊编辑的工作产生深刻的影响,在这个背景下提出了科技期刊编辑人才必须转变观念意识,如互联网思维意识、学术伦理意识、创新意识、版权意识、信息意识,并熟练掌握数字化出版技术,强化编辑专业技能、相关基础学科知识,才能将自己塑造成为一名适应数字化出版时代的高素质复合型的科技期刊数字化出版人才。
The paper points out that digital publishing is the product of new economic development mode, fundamentally dif- ferent from conventional publishing in content, management, publication and commercial profit, and has a profound effect on sci-tech periodicals editing. The paper puts forward that editing talents of sci-tech periodicals must change ideas, including Internet thinking, academic ethics consciousness, innovation consciousness, copyright conscious- ness and information consciousness, master digital publishing technology, and enhance editing skills as well as re- lated basic subject knowledge, to shape themselves to become qualified digital publishing talents
