摘要 研究盘形滚刀的受力情况,可以为滚刀设计和选型提供理论依据。文章在对滚刀的受力进行理论计算的基础上,利用LS-DYNA显示动力学分析软件,对19英寸盘形滚刀刀圈进行仿真分析,得到了19英寸盘形滚刀破岩力曲线、刀圈的应力状态;结合对刀圈受力分析,优化刀圈结构;对比了应用有限元仿真、CSM模型和掘进参数计算的破岩力。结果表明:有限元仿真法可用于19英寸滚刀破岩力计算,优化后的刀圈适应地质条件的要求,为刀圈的针对性设计和选型分析提供科学的参考,具有重要的工程价值。 The analysis of disc cutter can provide the basis for selection and improvement of disc cutter design. The simulation of disc cutter was done using the finite elements analysis software based on theoretical rock breaking force calculation. The rock breaking force and the stress of the disc cutter was obtained. The structure of disc cutter was optimized. The rock breaking force calculated by three meth- ods was compared. The results indicate the finite elements analysis can be used for rock breaking force of 19 inch disc cutter and optimized cutter ring meets the demand of geological conditions, which provide theoretical supports for disc cutter optimization design and selection.
