摘要
顶岗实习是高职校外实践教学中的重要环节。针对高职学生以及学校在顶岗实习过程中存在的心态难以适应、管理不到位等问题,开发了模具专业的顶岗实习课程。结合本课程的建设实践,从课程要求、课程标准、课程实施等方面阐述了课程开发方案,介绍了开发的评价体系、成效和反思,为高职其它专业顶岗实习提供借鉴。
Internship is an important link of practical teaching outside the campus. For existing problems of students and schools in the process of post practice training such as incommensurate psychology and improper management, The internship course of the mould specialty has been developed. Base on the experience in constructing the courses, the author elaborate on the construction of the courses from course demand, standard and implementation, etc.Evaluation, effect and feedback in the process of practice have been put forward according to the mechanism of work-study combination, which will provide the reference for the internship of other specialties, taking the mould specialty as an example.
