摘要
分析了环境监理机构的角色与任务,环境监理与工程监理的分工。结合散货码头建设项目的施工期建设内容和试运营期的生产工艺流程,分析了环境监理重点。施工期环境监理应抓住产生环境影响的主要施工环节,试运营期环境监理应主要抓好防尘抑尘和污废水治理的相关内容。
The task and role of environmental supervision mechanism, and the division between environmental supervision and engineering project supervision were discussed. The emphases of environmental supervision were discussed, combined with the constructiou contents in construction period and the production process in trial operation period. Environmental supervision in construction period should pay attention to key links affecting environment construction. During the trial operation period, environmental supervision should be focused on dust and wastcwater.
