摘要 针对锭子弹性管传统加工工艺易造成其变形、同轴度精度差等问题,对弹性管加工工序、装夹方式、夹具及刀具等进行了一系列改进。测试结果表明:锭子弹性管加工工艺的改进在很大程度上提高了弹性管锭底孔相对外圆的同轴度,保证了锭子质量的可靠性和稳定性,可有效降低成套锭子高速运转时的振程。 Considering the problem that the traditional processing technology of the tubular spring on the spindle is easy to deform,causing the coaxial accuracy difference,a series of im- provement including machining process, way of fixture, and jig tool show that the improvement of the processing of the tubular spring on the spindle increases markedly the coaxial accuracy of the outer circle of the ingot bottom hole, ensuring the reliability and the stability of the spindle quality, effectively reducing the vibration range of the high-speed operation of the complete set of spindles.
