摘要
为改善煤泥分级与分选效果,三交河矿选煤厂采取了加强原煤脱泥筛的生产管控,调整分级旋流器参数和振动弧形筛筛缝,增设振动弧形筛喷水等一系列整改措施,使分级旋流器入料中>1 mm粒级含量下降4.89个百分点,分级效率提高11.08个百分点,>0.25 mm粒级煤泥的回收及<0.074 mm粒级细泥的脱除效果得到明显改善,提高了选煤厂精煤产率,降低了浮选入料量与浮选药剂消耗量,取得了良好的经济效益。
To improve classification and separation effect of coal slurry in Sanjiaohe mine coal preparation plant, modification on coal slurry system was made by a series of measures , such as strengthening pro- duction management of raw coal desliming screen, adjusting parameters of classification cyclone or mesh of vibrating sieve bend, adding spray water on vibrating sieve bend etc. The application shows that feed- ing content of + lmm into classification cyclone is reduced 4.89% ; efficiency of classification is raised 11.08% at the same time coal slime recovery of +0.25ram and fine slime removal of -0. 074ram are improved, which has increased yield of clean coal as well as reduced feeding volume into flotation and consumption of agent.
