摘要
保护浇铸在净化钢质、改善连铸钢坯内在质量方面具有重要作用。分析了宣钢连铸保护浇铸现状,对不同钢种各工序钢的纯净度进行了检测,结果表明宣钢采用的连铸机大包—中间包—结晶器保护浇铸效果不理想,钢水二次氧化严重。针对各工序存在的问题提出了相应地改进措施,将连铸的吸氧、增氮量控制在了合理范围内,有效地提高了钢的纯净度,为宣钢开发高附加值钢种奠定了基础。
Protective casting plays an important role in purifying steel and improving internal quality of continuous casting billet. It is analyzed the present situation of protective continuous casting in Xuan Steel, examined the purity of molten steel in different smelting stages for different grades of steel. It is showed from the result that the effect of protective casting is not ideal in the process adopted in Xuan Steel of caster large ladle plus tundish and mold, secondary oxidizing of molten steel being serious. Some corresponding measures against to the problems in different stages are proposed out to control the amount of oxygen absorption and nitrogen increased within a reasonable range. That effectively improves the purity of steel, set a base for development of the steel grades with high added value in Xuan Steel.
