摘要
从易于批量生产的角度设计了一款高精度超声波热量表。热量表处理器选用低功耗CPU芯片MSP430F4371,时间测量芯片选用了高精度的TDC-GP21,配合超声波换能器测量水的流速,配合Pt1000测量入水口和出水口的水温。基表设计为U型方案,此外系统留有红外通信接口和M_BUS接口两种通信方式。测试结果表明,热量表通过批量生产依然可以保持较低的功耗,具有较高的精确度和良好的稳定性。
From the angle of easy to mass production,the high precision ultrasonic heat meter is designed. The heat meter MCU selects the low-power chip of MSP430F4371,the chip of time measurement chooses TDC GP21 with high precision, which combined with ultrasonic transducer to measure the water flow, and while combined with Ptl000 to measure the inlet and outlet water temperature. The bas ic meter is designed as Uprogrammer,in addition,the system has two kinds of communication method such as infrared communication interface and M_BUS interface. The experimental results show that the heat meter has lower power eonsumption,high accuracy and good stability.
