摘要
地质调查安全生产保障系统基于我国北斗卫星导航定位系统和我国自主知识产权的天地图构建而成。该系统采用B/S架构,通过国家地质调查网络体系、互联网、北斗卫星网络和地面移动通信网络与项目承担单位、野外工作站及野外作业人员、车辆、飞机、轮船连通,能够实现地质调查安全生产规范化、系统化、现代化管理,以及对海、陆、空地质调查人员、车辆、飞机和船只的卫星定位、轨迹跟踪、紧急呼救和应急救援。本文概述了中国地质调查局在地质调查安全保障系统建设工作中的探索与实践,可为其他行业安全生产工作提供一定借鉴。
Based on Chinese Beidou satellite navigation and Day map, the guarantee system for geological survey safety production is built. The system applies the B/S framework and helps to connect the field pro- ject unit, field safety station, field operation personnel, vehicles, aircraft and ships by the national geological survey network system, Internet, Beidou satellite network and terrestrial mobile communication network. The system realizes standardization, systematization and modern management for geological survey safety production and can provide locating, tracking and emergency rescue service for the geologists. The work we have done during the establishment of the guarantee system can provide some references for safety produc- tion in other industries.
