摘要
为了更好发挥HSR1000型并条机的应用效果,以CJ 9.72 tex和新型纤维A100TS/R50/5014.8texK品种为例,比较不同工艺流程对热条质量和成纱质量的影响,优选HSR1000型并夸机的工艺流程、导条张力、条子扫描装置张力、出夸速度、温湿度等工艺参数;指出:纺纯棉精梳纱时采用一道并合,纺新型纤维素纤维时需两道并条且仅用于控制木并质量才能充分发挥并条机的自调匀整优势,不同类型原料的工艺参数要根据实际情况合理选择;加大器材应用的研究,对于纺纱厂节能降耗效果显著。
In order to get better application effect of the drawing frame HSR1000, sampling the fibers CJ 9.72 tex and A 100 TS/R 50/50 14.8 rex K,comparison is done to the impact of the different processes on the quality of the drawn sliver and the resultant yarn. Optimization is done to the drawing frame HSR1000 including the process,tension of the outlet sliver, tension of the sliver scanner,velocity of the outlet sliver,and humiture. Conclusion is made that cotton combed yarn needs one-stroke drawing, while the new cellulose fiber needs two-stroke drawing. The potentiality of the drawing frame can be explored fully when the final drawing quality is controlled. Different material needs different process in actuality. Reinforcement of the research of textile accessories will have marked effect in energy economy and consumption reduction.
