摘要 [目的]为了检测水中F^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、NO3^-、PO4^3-、SO4^2-,建立了一种快速、灵敏的采用离子色谱同时测定水中7种阴离子的方法。[方法]以4.5×10^-3mol/L Na2CO3+8.0×10^-4mol/L Na HCO3为淋洗液,流速为1 ml/min。[结果]在系列浓度范围内,7种阴离子峰面积与浓度之间具有良好的线性关系(r2≥0.997 9),加标回收率为82.39%~109.19%。[结论]采用该方法,在25 min内7种阴离子能够完全分离。该方法具有准确、快速、重复性好的特点。 [ Objective ] A rapid quantitative method of ion chromatography had been developed for the analysis of seven inorganic anions (F^-, C1^-, NO2^-, Br^-, NO3^-, PO4^3- and SO4^2-) in water. [Method] 4.5 ×10^-3 mol/L Na2CO3 +8.0 ×10^-4 mal/L NaHCO3 was used as the eluent and the flow rate was 1 nd/min. E Result] The calibration curves of peak area versus concentration gave correlation eoffieients was more than 0.997 9 for these inorganic anions. The spiked recovery was 82.39% - 109.19%. [ Conclusion] The method had been successfully applied to analyze 7 inorganic anions in water in 25 minutes. The method was simple, quick, accurate and reliable.
