介绍了电火花线切割的加工原理及工艺路线的设计,着重分析线切割加工过程中常见的断丝、加工工件精度差和工件切割面贯穿条纹等问题的产生原因以及相应的解决方案。
Introduction the principle and process design route of WEDM, especially analysis the causes and solutions in common broken wire,such as common broken wire, cutting through the workpiece surface stripes and other issues during wire cutting process.
