基于PMC的煤矿数控机床故障诊断和维修

摘要 现阶段,我国的经济快速的发展,带动能源产业的不断进步。对于能源的需求量也在不断的攀升。在这样的环境当中,煤炭企业的发展程度受到了人们的广泛关注,对于此类粗放型的企业中,如何提高生产的效率,不断节约开发成本是讨论的主要议题。结合一些发达国家对于能源使用的经验来看,煤炭企业提高生产效率,重要的是提高管理模式,并且相应的硬件设施完备。就我国现有的煤矿生产机械化的现状来看,很难在这样快节奏中发挥效能,反而在很多方面制约了煤炭企业的发展,在对于机械化的改造过程中,使用PMC相关的技术可以使得机械机床在生产中发挥更大的优势作用,利用煤矿机床的数字控制方式和故障检修能力,保证煤矿企业的生产安全和生产效率。 At present, the continuous progress of the energy industry is driven by the Chinese rapid economic development, the energy demand is also rising. In this environment, the development degree of coal enterprises has received much attention, for such extensive enterprise, the main discussion topics is how to improve the production efficiency and constantly save development costs. Combining with experience of energy using from some developed countries, improving the management mode and perfecting the corresponding hardware facilities is the important work of the coal enterprises to improve production efficiency. It is difficult to exert efficiency in such a fast pace in current production situation of our country's existing coal mine mechanization, on the contrary, restricting the development of coal enterprises in many ways, in mechanized process of transformation, the machine tool can make a greater affect in the production by the use of PMC technology, the digital control mode and fault maintenance ability of coal machine can guarantee the security and efficiency of production.
