甲硫氨酸预防听功能噪声损害的作用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨口服甲硫氨酸对听功能噪声损害的预防作用。方法选择某部健康男性军人203例作为受试者,随机分为甲硫氨酸组(113例)和对照组(90例),噪声暴露前两组分别给予口服甲硫氨酸片和等量安慰剂,1 500 mg/d,两组均连续给药3 d。两组受试者噪声暴露前、后均行纯音测听、听性脑干反应测听(ABR)检查,对检查结果进行统计学分析。结果所有受试者噪声暴露前后听力均有改变,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噪声暴露前口服甲硫氨酸片能有效减轻暴露后噪声性听功能损害的发生。 Objective To evaluate the protective effect of oral D-methionine on noise-induced hearing impairment. Methods 203 volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into experimental group ( n = 113 ) and control group ( n = 90). The subjects of the experimental group received oral administration of D-methionine tablets (1500 mg/d for 3 days) and placebo in the control group before noise exposure. Before and after noise exposure, pure tone audiometry and auditory brainstem response audiometry (ABR) were performed and recorded in all subjects. Statistical analysis was carried out on the data obtained from both groups. Results Changes of hearing in both groups were observed after noise exposure. However, the differences of changes between the two groups were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion D-methionine has prominent protective effect on noise-induced hearing impairment.
