摘要
对炉料在高炉无料钟炉顶中的运动情况进行了分析,建立了炉料的料流轨迹数学模型,提出了利用数学模型计算溜槽合适长度的方法,为溜槽的设计提供了理论依据。利用数学模型计算溜槽的合适长度,可以保证布料精度,并充分利用高炉容积。
The motion of burden in blast furnace bell-less top was studied. A trajectory mathematical model was established. A method for calculation of appropriate chute length by the mathematical model was proposed, providing a theoretical basis for the design of chute. The length of the chute calculated by using the empirical formula or the extrapolation method is inaccurate. Using the mathematical model to calculate proper length of chute can guarantee the accuracy of burden distribution and full use of the blast furnace volume.
