改革语境下的职业教育研究——近年中国职业教育研究前沿与热点问题分析 被引量:72

Vocational Education Research in the Context of Reform——Analysis of Frontier and Hot Issues of Vocational Education Research in Recent Years in China

摘要 教育领域综合改革以及职业教育改革给职业教育研究带来了新的问题视界,推动学者进行不断探索。在改革的语境下,探索经济社会转型背景下我国职业教育发展的使命和转向、构建现代职业教育体系、创新职业教育办学模式与人才培养模式、职业教育质量保障与评估、推进职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化、职业教育公平治理以及职业教育课程、教学及教师的标准化等方面构成近年我国职业教育研究的前沿和热点问题。研究问题紧扣改革主题,但尚未形成整体架构;研究领域不断扩张,但缺乏系统性的协同;研究范式体现多元,但结构主义范式仍为主导,这些反映出近年我国职业教育研究的主要特征。 The launch of educational comprehensive reform and vocational education reform has resulted in the new perspectives of vocational education research. In the context of reform, the issues of exploring the mission and diversion of vocational education development, building modem vocational education system, innovating school-running mode and personnel training mode of vocational education, guaranteeing and evaluating vocational education quality, promoting modernization of management system and management ability of vocational education, fair governance of vocational education, and standardization of curriculum, instruction, teachers of vocational education in the background of economic and social transformation in China, have constituted the frontier and hotspot of vocational education research in China in the recent years. The researches have grasped the reform themes, but not formed the overall structure; the research fields have been continually expanded, but not formed systematic collaboration; the research paradigms have reflected the pluralism, but the structuralism is still the dominant. All of these have reflected the characteristics of vocational education research in recent years in China.
