摘要
坚持和落实节水优先方针,大力发展节水灌溉,是山东省济宁市缓解水资源供需矛盾的必然选择。近年,济宁市在井灌类型区推行应用了无井房智能灌溉系统,该灌溉系统不仅能减少劳动量,还可以统筹调配当地水资源,实现水资源管理的科学化、规范化、节约化,结合灌溉系统的分布准确、定时、定量控制,达到了计划用水、节约用水的目的,成效显著。该系统特别适用于农村井灌区节水灌溉控制管理,随着技术提高系统性能不断改进,将会有广阔的应用前景。
In Jining City of Shandong Province, giving priority to water conservation and developing water-saving irrigation system is inevitable choice for alleviating contradiction caused by water demand over supply. Recent years, intelligent irrigation system without well room is adopted in well-irrigated area of Jining City. The system can not only reduce labor input, but also integrate and optimize water allocation, so as to realize scientific, standardized and conserving-based water resources management as well as planned and efficient water use by means of accurate, timely and fixed quantity distribution of water. The system is suitable for control of irrigated water use in rural well-irrigated areas and can be widely extended along with improvement of system performance.
