摘要
目的：探讨日现场管理记录单在护理管理中的应用。方法根据护士长日现场管理方法及内容设计护士长日现场管理记录单。比较日现场管理记录单应用前后护理单元的病区管理、基础护理、分级护理、急救管理、消毒隔离、护理安全、护理文件书写、患者满意度检查结果。结果实施日现场管理记录表后，任职4年内的护士长所在的护理单元病区管理、基础护理、急救管理、消毒隔离、护理安全、护理文件书写、患者满意度等护理质量考核结果高于实施前，任职4~7年及〉7年的护士长所在的护理单元患者满意度均提高。结论护士长日现场管理记录单有利于提高患者满意度，帮助年轻护士长尽快适应管理工作，提高护士长管理效能。
Objective To study the effects of the daily site management record sheet in nursing management.Methods The daily site management record sheet was designed according to the management method and content of the head nurse.The ward management,basic nursing, grading nursing, emergency management, disinfection and isolation, nursing safety, nursing writing,satisfaction of patients before and after the sheet implementation were compared.Results After the sheet applied,the examination scores of ward management,basic nursing, emergency management,disinfection and isolation,nursing safety,nursing records and patients′satisfaction in wards of the head-nurses working in four years were higher than that before the sheet applied.And the satisfaction of patients in wards of the head nurses working 4 to 7 years and more than 7 years were improved. Conclusion The daily site management record sheet is beneficial to improve patients′satisfaction,helps young head nurse to adapt to work as soon as possible and increases the efficiency of the management.
