摘要
目的:探析谷氨酰胺结合低渗口服补液盐治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月~2014年1月延安市第二人民医院儿科收治的100例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则将其分成对照组和观察组,每组各50例。两组患者均给予抗感染治疗的同时采取维持肠道菌种平衡的措施。对照组单纯采用低渗口服补液盐进行治疗,观察组在此基础上使用复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊进行联合治疗。观察患儿的症状改善情况并比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿腹泻缓解所用时间[(1.32±0.60)d]少于对照组[(5.85±2.04)d],腹泻次数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组的84%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论谷氨酰胺结合低渗口服补液盐治疗小儿腹泻可有效患儿的腹泻症状,缩短患儿恢复所用时间,不良反应少,通过改善患儿肠黏膜功能来治疗小儿腹泻,安全性高,效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of glutamine combined with low permeability of oral rehydra-tion salts(ORS)in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 100 cases of children with diarrhea from January 2013 to January 2014 treated in the Second People's Hospital of Yan'an City were selected as the research objects, and in accordance with the method of random distribution, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Children of two groups were given anti-infection therapy and measures of maintain balance of intestinal bacteria. Control group was just given the treatment of low permeability of ORS,observation group was given compound Glutamine enteric capsules on the basis of ORS. Symptoms of children were observed and curative effect of two groups were compared. Results Diarrhea ease use time of children in the observation group [(1.32±0.60)d] was less than that of the control group [(5.85±2.04)d],and diarrhea frequency was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,that was significant higher than that of the control group(84%),the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05). Conclu-sion Glutamine combined with low permeability of ORS can effectively diarrhea symptoms of children with infantile di-arrhea,shorten the recovery time,less adverse reactions,to solve the problem of diarrhea by improving the function of intestinal mucosa,is high safety,effective and worthy of clinical application.
