摘要
介绍了主动配电网(ADN)的定义和主要特征,阐述了主动配电网的新技术和设计要素,对主动配电网进行一体化设计的必要性和可行性,提出了主动配电网的一体化设计方法。提出了一体化设计方法,采用"分步推进"和"一步一反馈"的渐进优化设计流程得出最终设计方案。将主动配电网的一次接线模式、分布式电源接入、数据采集、通信系统、继电保护、配电网自动化、运行调度和设计方案实施条件等各个方面纳入到一体化设计中。详细介绍了一体化设计方法的设计流程。
The definition and the main features of active distribution network (ADN) are introduced, the new technologies and the key design factors of active distribution networks are stated, the necessity and the feasibility to integrally design active distribution networks are clarified, and an integrated design method is proposed. In order to get the optimized scheme of active distribution network, “step-by-step progressing” strategy and “one-step-one-feedback” correction method are used in proposed integrated design method. The main circuit connection modes, the distributed generation systems, the data acquisition devices, the communication system, the protection devices, the automation of distribution network, the operation dispatching system, and the implementing conditions are included in the optimized scheme. The design flow is introduced in detail.
