乙肝后肝硬化的家族聚集现象 被引量：1

摘要 回顾性分析我院2010年3月∽2014年3月收治的56例乙肝后肝硬化患者的临床资料。结合患者乙肝后肝硬化家族史、乙肝病史、肝功能Chikd-Pugh分级等临床资料,分析总结乙肝后肝硬化的家族聚集现象。结果经资料分析得知,56例患者中,共有38例患者存在乙肝后肝硬化家族急剧现象,占比67.9%（38/56）。。家族聚集性肝硬化多发生在乙肝感染的基础上,临床务必给予高度重视。
