平均血小板容积与青年ST段抬高型心肌梗死的关系 被引量:1

The relationship between mean platelet volume and acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in young patients

摘要 目的 研究平均血小板容积(MPV)与青年ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的关系.方法 回顾分析2011-2014年在郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院接受急诊PCI的年龄≤45岁的青年STEMI患者79例,同期冠脉造影正常的青年患者45例作为对照组.两组参数变量比较采用t检验,分类资料比较采用卡方检验.对于青年心梗与MPV及其他参数的相关性采用多元Logistic回归方法,P<0.05具有统计学意义.结果 STEMI组患者的MPV高于对照组[(8.5±1.3)fl比(7.7±0.8)fl,P<0.05],两组血小板数量未见明显差异[(236±35)×10^9比(249±43)×10^9,P>0.05].多元Logistic回归分析发现,MPV为青年发生STEMI的独立危险因素(OR=1.512,P=0.001).结论 MPV增高与青年STEMI的发生可能具有相关性. Objective To investigate the relationship between mean platelet volume and acute ST-seg- ment elevation myocardial infarction in young patients. Methods This study included 79 young patients (≤45 ages) who presented to our hospital with acute myocardial infarction and 45 young patients with normal coronary angiography as a control group. Results Compared with control group, STEMI group had a significantly higher value of MPV [(8.5±1.3)fl vs (7.7±0.8)fl, P〈0.05]. After multivariate analysis, high levels of MPV were inde- pendent predictors of STEMI in young patients(OR=1.512, P=0.001 ). Conclusion High levels of MPV were as- sociated with STEMI in young patients.
