合金元素锰和镍对FV520(B)钢焊接接头组织与力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在低氢碱性渣系药皮中添加中碳锰铁和镍粉,采用FV520(B)钢专用焊芯对FV520(B)钢进行焊接试验,研究了合金元素锰和镍对FV520(B)钢焊缝组织以及接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:在药皮中添加中碳锰铁和镍粉可以向焊缝中过渡奥氏体化合金元素锰和镍,合金元素含量越多,焊缝组织越细化,马氏体片层越细小;加入镍粉和中碳锰铁均可增加焊缝中的奥氏体含量,且前者的效果更好;增加焊缝中的奥氏体含量可在不降低接头强度的情况下提高其冲击韧性。 Medium carbon ferromanganese and nickel powders were added to the electrode coating of low hydrogen type basic slag system, and a special core wire used for FV520(B) steel was adopted in the welding test. The effects of alloy elements Mn and Ni on mierostructure of weld seam and mechanical properties of joint of FV520 (13) steel were analyzed through a series of experiments. The results show that austenitic alloy elements Mn and Ni can be transferred to the weld seam by adding medium carbon ferromanganese and nickel powders to the electrode coating. With the increase of alloy element contents, the microstructure of weld seam is refined, and martensitie layer is finer. Adding medium carbon ferromanganese and nickel powders all can increase the austenite content in the weld seam, and the former is better. The increasing of the austenite content in weld seam can improve the impact toughness of welded joint without lowering the strength.
