摘要
目的探究苇茎汤治疗呼吸系统疾病方面的进展。方法通过搜索CNKI,万方,PUBMED等众多数据库,查找与苇茎汤相关的临床应用及药理研究方面的大量文献,并对文献进行阅读、归纳、整理。结果苇茎汤治疗呼吸系统疾病效果显著,应用面非常广泛,相关药理研究正在不断开展。结论苇茎汤的清热祛痰,化瘀解毒等功效较为突出。将苇茎汤和其他方剂合用时,苇茎汤的作用也随之改变,功效范围也随之扩大。
Objective To explore the progress of Phragmitis decoction in the treatment of respiratory system disease.Methods Through the search of CNKI,Wanfang,PUBMED and many other databases,a large number of related literatures on the clinical application and pharmacological research are found,then read,induced,rearranged. Results The effect of Phragmitis decoction in the treatment of diseases is remarkable,and its application is very wide. The related pharmacological research is continuing. Conclusion The prominent effect of Phragmitis decoction is reducing fever,expelling phlegm,extravasting blood and detoxifying. With combination of Phragmitis decoction and other prescription,Phragmitis Decoction＇s function is changing,and its effect range being expanded.
