摘要
大学生创业已经成为全社会的一个重要问题,而大学生成功创业的案例却屈指可数,如何提高大学生的创业能力成为了高等教育研究的紧迫课题。作者在分析国内外大学生创业能力培养研究的基础上,取众家之长并结合自身实际,展开了团队模式下大学生创业能力培养的探索,采取了"参与赛事、承接项目培养自主能力,会议交流、校企合作训练社交能力,阶段考核、表彰先进磨砺生存能力,项目分组、责任到人锻炼领导能力,以老带新、梯队接力传承创业技能"等方法。通过问卷调查和支持向量机分析表明,团队培养模式下作者所采用的具体培养方法对提高大学生创业能力富有实效。
College students innovative undertaking has become an important issue in society, while there are only a handful of successful cases. Thus, how to improve the entrepreneurial ability of university students has become an urgent task for higher education research. Based on studies at home and a- broad, this paper explored college students entrepreneurial capacity in team mode. A great variety of methods such as participating in events, communication in meetings, and cooperation with company to train social skills were adopted. Through questionnaires and SVM analysis it showed that specific training methods in team training mode to improve the ability of students were highly effective.
