校院“双主体”人才培养模式改革及实践探索——重庆三峡医药高等专科学校医教协同人才培养模式改革 被引量:15

Reform and Practice Exploration of “Double Subjects” Training Mode in Colleges——Take Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College as an example

摘要 学校与医院共同围绕专业人才培养目标实施各具特色、相互联系和衔接的教学手段与育人方式是院校"双主体"人才培养模式的内涵。在实践中,重庆三峡医药高等专科学校对接行业,为医教协同"双主体"人才共育搭建平台;对接需求优化专业结构,促进医教协同的共生发展;对接合作医院,推进医教协同院校"双主体"人才培养模式改革;对接职业岗位及岗位群,深化课程建设使之更加贴近职业岗位需求。同时,建立医教协同的工作机制,保障共育人才的畅通运行。 The content of "Double Subjects" training mode is that colleges and hospitals work together on the training target which carry out special and associated teaching methods and cultivation ways. In the practice, Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College connected with the industry which set up the platform for "Double Subjects" training mode, connected with demands and optimized major structures to promote the development of YiJiao Synergy, connected with the hospitals which had cooperation to promote the reform, and connected with the occupation and post groups to make the curriculum meet the demands of the post. At the same time, the college set up working mechanism to guarantee the training mode work successfully.
