摘要
为满足周围化工园区工业用汽需求,解决发电煤耗偏高等问题,某火力发电厂纯凝发电机组完成了4台215MW机组的工业抽汽供热改造以及厂外热网建设,采用抽汽压力调整、减温水系统改造、高压旁路作为应急供热管路、热网末端设立大用户等措施解决了供热安全性、可靠性、经济性等问题,供热改造工程投运后,提高了能源综合利用率,取得了显著的节能减排效益。
To meet the demands of industry steam by the chemical industrial park nearby and solve the problem of high coal consumption,transformation on four 215 MW pure condensation units was conducted,and the external thermal network construction of this power plant was performed. Several countermeasures were taken, including regulating the extraction steam pressure, reforming the desuperheating water system, using high-pressure bypass as steam emergency supplement, placing a large thermal consumption user at the end of the heat supply network, and so on. Thus, the problems of safety, reliability, and economy were solved. After the retrofitting, the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency was enhanced, and the dramatic energy conservation and emission reduction was achieved.
